Hi-Tech Management (dentalht.com & cloudlions.com) is seeking a Field Technician to join our team! We specialize in healthcare IT solutions, providing top-tier support and tech integration for dental and medical offices. The candidate must be based in NY to travel to our home office in Roslyn.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
On-site client support – daily travel required (must have a car & valid driver’s license)
Configure firewalls & network hardware
Troubleshoot PCs, printers, TVs, and office electronics
Run & terminate Cat6, audio, and HDMI cables
Mount TVs and set up office A/V systems
🔹 Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in low-voltage installation
✔ Expertise in running & terminating Cat6, audio, and HDMI cables
✔ Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic skills
✔ Punctual, responsible, and reliable
✔ Fluent in English
✔ 5+ years of IT support experience
✔ Strong networking & Windows OS knowledge (Win10/11, Server 19/22)
✔ A+, Network+, MCP certifications preferred
