Employee will be assigned to the Division of Water and Waste Management, Clean Water (CW) & Drinking Water (DW) State Revolving Fund Programs. At the full performance level, performs professional work in a grant/loan financing program for infrastructure development activities in the state.
Duties are as follows:
- Provides support to Clean Water (CW), Drinking Water (DW) State Revolving Fund and Capacity Development programs, Project Managers and Community Development Manager.
- Provide support for payments through sending our payment letters and related documents, research and respond to the status of payments, compile and save payment packages, and track status of payments.
- Review and send out approval letters.
- Proofread correspondence and reports.
- Provide support to project managers and Community Development Manager and their various processes.
- Provides support on written reports regarding project progress for the federal agency with the project-related information that was input into a database.
- Employee will assist with aspects of the Intended Use Plans, Annual Reports and other required reports for the programs.
- Employee will assist with aspects of the DWINSA (Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey and Assessment) & CWNS (Clean Watershed Needs Survey)
- Employee will support aspects of Databases and GIS.
- Mail / Email Brochures, Information and/or Forms as requested by the public
- Employee will provide operational support, which may include scanning documents, processing mail and phone answering rotation.
- Employee will perform other related work as required or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Training: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
OR
Substitution: Full-time or equivalent part-time paid professional experience in grants development or grants administration, delivery of technical assistance programs, industrial development, community development, planning, project administration, business administration and public administration may substitute for the required training at a rate of one (1) year of experience for every thirty (30) semester hours of required training.
