My name is Leland Greenfield. I'm a registered architect and I'm an associate at CallisonRTKL's automotive design studio. Typical project is anything between an automotive service center, showroom, could be an automotive retail space, or something sort of new that people may not have seen yet. Basically, the life cycle of the project is it would start at, you know, site survey, due diligence, schematic design, design development, construction documents through construction administration, and where you ultimately have a finished building. On the one hand, we are where we are the architect of record, where we're actually gonna go through the full process including construction documents and basically taking that project from design through construction. That's a little bit different because there's gonna be a lot more that goes into it up front from like, the code perspective and the research perspective. On the design side, we do work where we're the design architect and obviously that, you do have to take this similar level of care to make sure that what you're putting on paper is something that can be built, but just the level of detail doesn't need to be there because it's design-based. So, it's making sure that everything the client wants to be there is there or really, in that case, that the brand requires to be there is there and then we sort of hand it off from there. A busy week for me would be one that involves a lot of travel, where I may need to be in, I'm based in New York, but I may need to be on the west coast, I may need to be in multiple cities and so, a busy week is one where there's a team of people in New York doing some production stuff or maybe they're traveling with me or they're traveling to another place and basically, being in multiple places and still making sure that everything that we need to do and deliver at the end of the week or the end of the day is done.
