Edward is an Architect and the President and Founder of Kodet Architectural Group, Ltd., a Minneapolis-based architecture group with a focus on schools, churches, and public works projects such as libraries and fire stations. Edward walks us through the lifecycle of a typical public school project, from bid proposal to final design. He tells us that although architecture skills are a given requirement, at least 50% of any candidate’s “pull” is how well they fit in with the company’s culture and how well they communicate and build relationships.
