Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Inclusive Consulting Services

Location: Chandler & Ahwatukee

At Inclusive, we value patience, communication, and problem-solving skills you use every day. We’re looking for individuals who are great with others to transition into a professional role as a Behavior Technician.

No clinical experience? No problem. We provide 100% of the training and pay for your professional certification.

Why Your Background is a Perfect Fit

  • Patience & Empathy: You know how to stay calm and helpful, even in busy or stressful moments.
  • Communication: You’re an expert at listening to what people need and explaining things clearly.
  • Reliability: You understand that your team and your clients are counting on you to show up.
  • Adaptability: You’re used to thinking on your feet and multitasking.

The Role: Impact over Service

You’ll work one-on-one with neurodivergent individuals (like those with Autism) to help them lead independent lives.

  • Teach Life Skills: Help clients master daily routines, from cooking at home to navigating their neighborhood.
  • Employment Coaching: Support individuals at their own jobs so they can reach their career goals.
  • Bridge Communication: Help clients find their voice and express their needs.
  • Track Success: Record client progress and celebrate milestones together!

The Perks & Your Growth

  • Paid Professional Training: We pay for your certification training, background checks, and all exam fees.
  • Guaranteed Raises: Get an automatic pay increase the moment you earn your certification.
  • Real Work-Life Balance: Paid sick leave and flexible Time Off for personal pursuits, travel or rest.
  • Health & Wellness: Monthly reimbursements for health insurance or your wellness lifestyle.
  • Education & Growth Fund: We’ll help pitch in to cover the costs of your continued education so you can keep growing with us.

What You Need to Start

  • A Big Heart: You have a genuine passion for helping others and being a cheerleader for the neurodiverse community.
  • The Basics: A high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • A Way to Get There: A valid driver’s license and your own reliable car.
  • The Ability to Stay Active: You’re comfortable being on the move; whether that’s playing with a kiddo or helping someone with their daily routines.
